IrishmanHe's just mapping accelerometer input to a keypress, it isn't the same thing as a wii-mote. An ordinary mouse has more in common with a wii-mote than this.

cheesemooHmm, got a link to the article for us, vossa? He's rather late if he's only suing them now; the Wii's been out for over a year.
Obviously this bears some similarities to the Wiimote, but I think the IR pointing tech was the biggest innovation on the Wiimote. That and integrating all that stuff into such a small package.
Haven't people been fiddling with this sort of stuff for a long time anyway? I seem to recall hearing talk of accelerometer peripherals years before the Wii... will have to see if that actually is the case or if my brain is playing tricks on me.
