From youtube: "This video shows an LCD projector throwing the image of iTunes Visualizer onto a bunch of thread. The thread is just plain white thread - no LEDs, just the bounce from the projector's light.

This project visualizes music in real 3d space, and you can kinda get a sense of it from this video. A guy from an exhibit I did a while back said that it reminded him of Gibson's Matrix in Neuromancer." It looks awesome. :)
