We've heard about the dangers of eating too much fat or salt. But there has never been a warning about sugar on our food labels - despite emerging research that suggests the sweet stuff is making more of us fat and sick. /YT

Really? Every packaged food item I've ever seen has a nutritional information panel on the side list fats, carbs, sugars, etc in grams per 100g.

I assumed that was the case in the US as well, and a quick google shows it to be not uncommon.

But yeah, sugar is really not good for you.
