The Pioneer: 7 Day Epic Mountain Bike race

So I have to post this for two reasons.
First is a bit of a humblebrag: I did this.

But more importantly, I really want to promote this event, it was exhausting, inspiring, agonising and amazing.

NZ, and the South Island in particular, kinda lulls you into accepting amazing scenery as a matter of course. But something like this... it forces you to appreciate the amazing places you can visit.
