BSRsays...The pull from the magnets acts as gravity would. It's hard to tell if all magnets are positive or all are negative or a combination of both. Gravity itself is still at work here too and will eventually win bringing it to a stop. I'm pretty sure it stopped soon after the video ended.

TheFreaksays...I'd call it a complex pendulum. Except that it seems to fall to a static state within seconds, right after he cuts the video in each clip.
