Thought this was something about Rick Allen at first. This kid's even better. How the hell does he accomplish multiple strikes on a stroke without fingers???? The rig on his right arm doesn't look like much more than a velcro strap (actually, it looks like a jogger's ipod strap). I suppose it could have a counterweight or something. But still - it doesn't look like it should be possible.
