The Antonov An-225 "Mriya" - (World's Largest Cargo Plane)

With an overall length of 84 metres, a wingspan of 88 metres, and a payload capacity of 250 metric tonnes, the Antonov An-225 "Mriya" (Dream) is the world's largest & heaviest operational cargo plane. Built in 1988, it was originally intended to be used for the Soviet space programme, but is instead used commercially since the collapse of the Iron Curtain. Aside from the frame of an incomplete second model that's been in storage for 23 years, it's the only one of it's type in existence.
