TSA liquid testing inside terminal at Columbus OH Airport

What the fuckety fuck?
I thought the whole point of the security checkpoint was to clear people for flying. Once they're in the terminal, the TSA don't have control over all the people, and from the looks of it they didn't give them a "voucher" for being tested. So they might be tested again by another TSA agent just around the corner.
