Strange Stone Keeps Returning to Original Position When Spun

(youtube) This stone was found near the river "Main" in Germany. I have absolutely no idea why the stone is changing its spinning direction.. Anybody have any idea?
To prove that I didn´t use any magnets, it was put on the glass table.

It looks like a prehistoric tool.
