Cell phones shouldn't work in elevators because some people lack common sense manners. That's why they have that emergency phone in there.

my biggest pet peeve is people who use them while I'm in the car with them. It makes it so I can't jam out to music and I can't talk to anybody, which are my two favorite things to do while drunk driving.
