deathcowsays...now THAT is cool... I was going to say we get into helicopters all the time from the water in Battlefield 2, but I have never done THAT
rensays...seems stupidly dangerous to half submerge a chopper to doit tho.
gorgonheapsays...Yeah but stupidity wins out if it means not being detected.
Rooflessays...SOAR Nightstalkers are used to doing dangerous stuff like this.
BoneyDsays...True, Roofles! In the Black Hawk Down book, they mention a spot where the pilot hovered his chopper in an alley so narrow, the blades accidentaly scraped the sides of the buildings. They really know their stuff.
special_opssays...MY BROTHERS! just kidding, but that was seriously cool. it reminds me of the mythbusters episode where they drove a car into a moving semi.
kulpimssays...*wings *military *actionpack
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Actionpack, Military, Wings) - requested by kulpims.
charliemsays...>> ^ren:

Why ?
The working components are about a foot up from the bottom of the fusealage, and anything up to the air intakes is pretty much waterproofed to begin with (for this purpose).
Those babies can lift tanks, a little bit of water isnt going to hurt it.
