RTL is German yeah Blankman. I couldn't tell you what the show is though.

That is german comedian Bastian Pastewka. But I don't know what show that is.

Google says the show is called "Ohne Worte".

This is weird, I didn't find the least bit funny. I mean I can see how it could be, but it was just so needlessly overdone-like kids' comedy. So, weird to see this so high up, but I'm not hatin' - the idea's definitely original enough.
