Smart pup! My dog would jump straight in, grab the ball, clamber out, drop the ball, run in a circle for a bit, find the ball again, run right past me in the hope that I'll chase him for it (he thinks that's a much more fun game) and eventually give it up, before shaking himself dry right beside me.

And I still love the big dope :-)

I have one dog who would probably jump right in but not for the ball. Her brother would want to get the ball but not jump in after it. Unfortunately, I don't think he's smart enough to do that little trick.

I was thinking about the dirty water pool too as I saw the video... That pool was nasty.

Well that was cute and all, and i luv doggies, but obviously the dog was trained to do that, he didn't deduce it by himself.
