Like everyone on Earth I'm a pretty huge fan of Futurama, so it was only a matter of time before I dove in and made some Slurm (I was pricing out Klein Bottles too at one point). Now, my Slurm is decidedly alcoholic, though I do present a rather tongue in cheek answer to the problem of creating a booze free version if that's your thing (it's a very simple one step process). Slurm, as everyone knows, is intensely sweet and highly addictive and created by a giant interstellar slug. My Slurm is pretty sweet, maybe addictive, and not created by a giant interstellar slug, but two out of three ain't bad, right?"

Slurm
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Honey Syrup
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Midori
1.5 oz. -or- 45 ml. Light Rum
2 Dashes Bitterman's Elemakule Bitters
Shake & Strain
Top with club soda
