I didn't know Skyrim could generate its own quests. That would explain why some of them seem so weakly written, but not how they coordinated the voice acting to those quests. Is that even true?

[edit: It's just the never-ending steal this stuff, plant this false evidence quests. The weakly written quests were actually weakly written.]
