From the Roast of Flavor Flav. The roast was pretty good with a lot of good zingers. The best jokes, though, were told at the expense of Carrot Top, as seen here.

The best burns on Carrot Top were dished out by Greg Giraldo, but I don't think that video would make it on the sift.

So why did they bother to roast Flava Flav anyway? Do half of these comics even know who he is? Why not roast Carrot Top?

The best Carrot Top bashing ever was by Joel Hodgeson of Mystery Science Theater 3000. He started out as a prop comic - a screamingly funny and endlessly inventive one, and they were both on the same bill one time. Joel discovered Carrot Top backstage riffling through Joel's props.

On the other hand, Carrot Top looks too lean these days to be roasted. He'd have to be basted, or maybe deep-fried.

I heard CT got very pissed during this roast. I'd love to see that, but I'd hate to wade through jokes about someone of no significance, as far as I can tell. Pretty soon they'll be roasting my neighbor...
