WTF! totally fake.
(a) why would the camera "bug out" when there was no motion yet to the table?
(b) she was looking at the hanging lamp when she precision kicked it
(c) no dorm room like that would have a hanging lamp PERIOD let alone one that this girl would hit her head on
(d) what are those weird bars (static) when the camera supposedly bugged out? They are huge, and not scanlines that exist in normal "static"
(e) ok, so this is apparently a hanging windchime, because checkout the lighting in this video. It never changes. THere was extra lighting sources for this video shoot and no overhead lamps, so explain me where the lighting in this room is? Not from the thing she kicked.
(f) we're supposed to believe she is typing return up arrow just prior to the video starting? Why is the video already running? Was she starting the music then?

I'm guessing a lame viral video for some shitty music is what this is about.
