choggiesays...The first cop that gets there, welcomes the would be assailant, from the world of metal mop handles and bar chairs, into the glorious land of kidney kick volleys.
swampgirlsays...You have a little typo in the title, Wildman. "storeowner" Would that *be* considered one word? I can't believe that security guard was still trying to hold on to him. I would have let him and his knife go after being stabbed. (what can I say? I'm a fraidy cat)
cobaltsays...A little something called adrenaline would keep you going. And the greater fear would probably be him stabbing you again if you let go.
wildmanBillsays...fixed.
swampgirlsays...It would if you took the unnecesary "r" from "storeowner" ;-)
swampgirlsays....
LadyBugsays...sorry ... a little too violent for my vote!
swampgirl ... your comment has me giggling away! i thought i was the only one who noticed! LOL
and yes, that was the "flight or fight" adrenaline rush that you always hear about. it is quite real and this video shows both examples of it with the guard fighting and the 2 customers taking flight.
choggiesays......just like a woman to worry about spelling when someone's getting stabbed.
swampgirlsays...past tense, choggie.. was stabbed. j/k
Klytussays...Does anyone know if the guard survived his injuries, and what became of his (deeply concussed) assailant?
cobaltsays...Klytus: did you not watch it all the way to the end?
wildmanBillsays...Guard was released from hospital later that night. The narrator is very clear about that. And about the "(deeply concussed) assailant" he was in jail possibly being forced to wear lipstick. It's nothing less than he deserves.
