The film "Searching for Sugar Man" tells the tale of Rodriguez, an obscure American folk singer whose music galvanized a generation of antiapartheid activists on the other side of the world-unbeknownst to him or the proprietor of his now-defunct record label, Sussex Records.

Curious that a trailer for a documentary about Sixto Rodriguez pops up when you've been trying to find more music of him.
One of my favourite songs these days is strangely enough a remix of Sugarman; one of these occurrences where you've got a song in your collection for years and you've listened to it a few times and never paid it much attention, then suddenly it hits you and you fall in love with it.
