siftbotsays...Saving this video from the discard pile and sending it back to the queue for one more try; last queued Thursday, March 15th, 2007 4:57pm PDT - save requested by deathcow.
deathcowsays...super nice abdominal separation but he needs to work on his obliques, check out the pec stitching to the sternum, and unreal to see a little dude fanning out lats like that
Baquetasays...The last thing this kid needs to do is more muscle development, at least until he's in his late teens. He's already likely gonna have problems with his joints & tendons as he grows...
deathcowsays...oh I 100% agree with you. I do wonder what is appropriate though, exercise is not bad for kids, but heavy lifting? And what macro-nutrient ratio is appropriate for kids? 30% protein, 40% carbs, 30% fat? I'd like to feed my boys the ideal menu. This kid is probably "clean eating" as well in a high protein low fat diet that is probably as not-appropriate for children just like the resistance training he is in. Plus, maybe the core-work on his abs is fine even for kids, but anything "heavy" involving long limbs and involving his growth plates may be a serious mistake!
JAPRsays...this is definitely wtf.
loorissays...yep *wtf
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Wtf) - requested by looris.
garshsays...Don't blame the parents for this. At least not for forcing the kid to work out. It's genetics.
He's got a genetic mutation that causes his body to not produce myostatin, which slows down muscle development. The same genetic mutation is how Belgian Blue (aka double-muscle) cows are made.
K0MMIEsays...Woo Woo! An oldie but a goodie comes back!
