She's looking down and reading something again. Can she not talk while looking into the camera? I bet she has a cell phone or PDA up there receiving live text from someone in her party with the answers.

Sure Biden looks down a couple of times, but it's for just a fraction of a second, watch Palin, she's looking down and talking like she's reading from something.

Scariest part of the debate for me. She went from saying 'I've only been at this for 5 weeks' to 'I need more power.'

Good thing the constitution is so flexible.

Good answer by Biden but he needs to curb the use of phrases like "aggrandize the power of a unitary executive". Senate speak is lost on an Oprah level audience.
