How did shooting out the front tire stop it?

Now here is a crowd pleaser at work. This guy definitely has roots in amateur dramatics. I love the pomp and hype that the gun-wielder surrounds himself with, including even a fake one-knee aim stance before going in for the final shot.

yeah nowadays liability laws would prevent discharge of a firearm in such a heavy residential neighborhood, especially by an OFF DUTY cop who, what, just happened to wander by with his 12-guage? god only knows where all the ricocheting pellets ended up.
