It's no more EIA than normal waterskiing. This is more "Redneck Genius".

Of course, a boat you can ski behind is a -lot- cheaper to buy than than a backhoe. Quite likely cheaper to operate too.

That's odd, when they panned the crowd, I didn't remember seeing any chimpanzees, but I'm sure I can hear them while the water skiing is going on.
