oohlalasassoonsays...let it go.
GeeSussFreeKsays...Are you sure it's a puma, looks like a warthog?
blankfistsays...He's not purring. He's revving his human killing engine.
frizlefrysays...It's not a kitty. It's got wild instincts and an adrenal gland in overdrive. It's one imperceptible cue away from ripping your face off or worse. It might never have learned how to finish a kill but are you really willing to gamble that it won't figure that out on you?
GDGDsays...For a kitty? YUS! >> ^frizlefry:

Enzobluesays...Is it true that puma's, cougars, mountain lions and jaguars are all names for the same animal? Heard that somewhere.
Peckinpawsays...Puma concolor-Cougar is Puma, puma is cougar-All other big cats fall into another Genus-These cats can be tamed, can be pets. Wear gloves and avoid kissy-face.
Morganthsays...Mostly just make sure your cougar gets it's daily portion of 80's metal rock and you'll be safe.
soulmonarchsays...Needs moar nyan.

Puma = Cougar = Mountain Lion
Panther is used regionally in the US but can also refer to leopards and jaguars.
I'm not aware of anyone using jaguar as a name for mountain lions, but it's possible.
