Psycho randomly stabs people. No one helps.

When that one guy was on the ground getting stabbed, why were there people just walking by? I understand you don't want to get involved, but at least acknowledge that the poor dude is getting stabbed. Maybe call the police, or get help. I dunno, am I being crazy here?
