This and recent events involving Greenpeace sneaking into a jetway and onto the top of a plane make me think that TSA (Transp. Security Admin.), DHS (dept. Homeland security),TWAT (the war against terror) and even the terrorists themselves are a farce.

There hasn't been (thank goodness) a single bomb in the US, and now we've got people scaling the Golden Gate? This seems to indicate that either the DHS is so efficient and effective that they've caught all the evil doers, or that the terrorists are incompetent or don't even exist.

It can't be both. If they'd caught anybody, you'd be sure they'd tell us.

those protestors are of little help; if anything, they are making the situation worse. how you might ask? This protesting is more likely to cause the governmnet of China to beef up security and give them reason to act more brutal than they normally do in fear of looking bad during the olympics.

These security forces, however, will not be brutal to the rich tourist who will be bringing their dollars and euros with them, but to the people of china who the security forces will suspect most in trying to mess up the olympics. the worst part is that the poor people who live in China arent even told about what is going on in Tibet.

Fuck the Olympics. China's model of government is applauded by certain folks on the planet-the same folks who use power and influence to gain control of all they can-an Olympic committee can be bought and sold with the same currency-
