Police Pursue a Car Jacked Truck with owner on back!!

The guy on the back of the truck is the owner! I dunno how he got back there but he's lucky he didn't get hurt!

just from the fear mongering about the flu near the end and the stupid mention of drugs I know this must be a fox news affiliate.

wow, he had 5 guys on him trying to take him down, and cops were the ones getting swung around.

^and about that drugs comment: He hijacked a truck, wouldn't adhere to the road rules, still was running after 3 tires blown out, cops had to chase him down, and he still wouldn't get out of the seat, and when they drag him out, he's still not aware of what the cops are asking of him, and literally has to be manhandled in order to be put on the floor.

I'd say a suspicion of drug usage is justified.
