Police Handles Skateboarder Situation

Skateboarder calls cop a dick,officer threatens to break kids arm, citizen gets involved.

"Raw video with text.Recently recorded in San Francisco.A skateboarder calls a cop a dick, gets arrested...cop threatens to break his arm then a citizen joins in....a lot going on here,keep up with the text."

All in All, I think the officer handled the situation. He is doing his job. That skateboard law is about a dumb a law as I ever heard, but he is within the law to handle the situation as he sees fit.
When that citizen pipes up though, he should have turned more of his attention toward that person instead of the other skateboarders. - just my ¢2
