newtboysays...Bad move. Now he's got violating a court order, violating terms of release, perjury, and witness intimidation charges pending and is ineligible for bail.
I can't see this helping with his domestic abuse case either.
moonsammysays...Perhaps the evidence was clearer in earlier parts of the video than where the timestamp picks up, but from what I saw I would NOT have picked up on the issue. Unless her responses were unusually vague or felt "off" in some other way - I'd not really have a basis for comparison there. The physical reactions alone certainly didn't clue me in at all.
BSRsays...Only thing that would make sense to me is, Deborah must be a mother. Mothers can pick up on clues that are impossible for the male to detect.

Digitalfiendsays...I think the plaintiff's lawyer becomes suspicious at 7:22 when the defense lawyer is making his objection. You see the plaintiff look over her right shoulder and, the first time I watched it, I thought she was struggling to hear what the defense lawyer was saying. But watching it a second time, you can see her jaw moving, like she is mouthing something to someone and the defendant's video shuts off for a bit. The prosecutor likely had more context and had spoken to the plaintiff before as well, so probably had a gut feeling as to what was transpiring. Still a crazy good call though!
luxintenebrisjokingly says...read the title so that was a big tip-off
believe the greatest suspicion was the plaintiff's vagueness about the attack. the prosecution usually doesn't ask a question they don't know the answer to. the victim's testimony wasn't jiving w/her complaint. something very off. very nervous. in her own house. undoubtedly, ms. davis has dealt w/this (too much) and hearing the woman now trying to soft-sell what happen was likely the tipping point.
was odd that the woman had on winter gear. and she knew his hoodie was gray (looks darker). maybe a cold house? if that was a clue = columbo time.
would like to know the police officer's suspicions too. seemed his expressions matched the prosecutions. quick on the phone too.

eric3579says...Found a fix, although not as complete as the original. Shows nothing leading up to lawyer questioning the location of the abuser.

eric3579says...Decided to *discard it after all as it's much better with complete video.
