Both are considered victims and suspects... bah, justice don't work that way. Make them both drink Dr. Pepper and get it overwith. In fact, I suspect an elaborate scheme perpetrated by the good doctor, who is sniggering in the wings of this whole case.

(I prefer Coke, but I don't hate pepsi.)
