Is "God" a sacred name?
The term "God" is just a generic name for any/all deities is any pantheon from any religion - so why is considered sacred?
bananafonesays...

God and Lord are the names used in stead of his god's real name: Yahweh. Or Jehovah. Or Jeshua.

Jesus Christ was not his name either.

It's as if in the Harry Potter series if they said you could no longer say "He Who Shall Not Be Named" because it was assumed that was his name. God is a stand-in so they would not use the real name in vain. Saying OMG is actually in line with their teaching.

OMG, what did he film this next to one of those high pitch noise generators that they use over there to prevent teenagers from loitering by the businesses? I mean jesus fucking christ I couldn't make it half way through the video before getting a headache.

westysays...

well if when he was saying omg he was actualy meaning it as a slur against his god , then within his own argument he would be blasfeming and going against christains .

but from the sounds of it when he used OMG he waas using it as it is comonly used where its meaning has nothing to do with actual god or a specifc god.

so realy its retarded to say its blasfimus.

evan if u ment it litraly in a religouse sence , i dont see how the saying dose annything to bellitel god.

all in all this is just another example of a person that has littel ablity to think things through and as a result has been exsploited by a religoin . 10 pionts

Ya, Saved from what; Critical thinking? Thinking for yourself? Personal Freedom?
because it looks as if he may ceased to be an individual and joined the ranks of "Do what I'm told, say what I'm told to say..." - What a good little lamb....

He lost me at 'Before I was saved'

Sorry Sagemind can't upvote this. A sheep talking about Invisible Sky Man for 4:46 minutes does not an entertaining video make.

I especially like that he's from the "It's true cause the bible says so." school of thought.

The comments are bound to be interesting.

I know what you mean. It's impossible to get it out of my head now. Stupid low quality camera.

I can tell you exactly where he did film it, that's Manchester's Piccadilly Gardens. There are none of those 'anti-teen' trap things in that area. That's a popular congregation spot for teens.
