Ant, I think you missed the point - him not being in a seatbelt made him a projectile that bounced around inside the car causing damage to his friends. This is also why you shouldn't have a box of kleenex or stuffed beany babies in the back window.

Done very well... It's still the idiot driving the cars' fault, as he screwed up. So blaming the deaths on the boy is kinda stupid. But no reason not to wear it anyway.
