I also find it amazing that you can recognize Bush/Cheney cronies by the fact that they either refuse to be interviewed or are completely incapable of answering a question with a straight, coherent, honest reply. The other hallmark of these creatures is the inability to admit even the most obvious of mistakes - even things that are shown to be such in 20/20 hindsight. there's not one mention of 'why' certain decisions have been made, no talk of the oil, no theory of purposeful chaos. there's something very naive about this, it's almost like it's made for people that can't change their mindset away from the propaganda that we're dealt. we didn't go there to help them, we went there to pillage.

i heard the other day that america stands to make 30 trillion dollars out of the oil there, so in these monetary terms it will be worth it - but this war may be detrimental to america in the long run. plus the future wars on other countries the U.s is planning, nobody can tell how this will all pan out in the end.
