Cat drops TV on owners face.

This ninja kills 2 birds with one stone.

That cat was trying to help his exercise routine... Just add the weight of a TV to those sit ups for an instant 6-packs!

Not to mention no more sitting on your ass watching TV!

Exercise kitty saves the day!

I can feel the fakeness too. The TV base looks pretty wide and yet it tips over like It was balancing on a narrow base. The cat doesn't even flinch when the loud noise crashes. CGI test would be my bet. Its funny though if it were real. The cat just doesn't give an F.

Agreed, the cat gives him away. It's looking for something behind the TV, and doesn't even flinch when it falls... leading me to believe this guy has practiced this before. Look at that TV too, its a piece of shit, probably a old computer monitor he didn't mind ruining.>> ^Sarzy:
Fakeity Fake McSuperFake. Why would this guy film himself randomly doing sit-ups? Why frame it so you can see the TV? Why isn't said TV plugged into anything?

Its not CGI, its too imperfect. No animator would ad the jiggle at the end.

Also, it looks perfectly able to tip

and another thing, the cat doesnt flinch cos its a bad ass cat. And evil

yeah, I bet the TV is one of those fake ones from a furniture store, and the sound was added later...

BUT... still hilarious the first time I watched it... how the cat doesn't even look over... hahah, well done

Well, look on the bright side. If the T.v. Was real, your face just saved you like $200.

However, I can't understand why its not plugged into anything.. no cable, the power cord -may- have been knocked loose but we don't see it.

However, being the owner of 7 cats, one of them being larger then that one, I can tell you, if it smells food, it's not doing anything other then looking for that food.

It's sniffing for something, looks like there may be a treat or something just out of view.

I'm not usually one to call fake, but I agree. It's fake. Watch as the TV just starts to tip. The cat's head blinks into existence.

Hmm, after reading this I looked it over again. This is oddly true, we go from the cat having no head, to enough to see its ears. It's unlikely that it's CGI, but I'm not entirely convinced it's not something like stop motion.

I'm not sure about any of you, but if I saw something starting to tip, my first reaction would be to take the arms off my chest and cover my face, or at least turn to the side. Something's not right about this.

Not fake.

The monitor, without video or power cords attached tips because the cat is rubbing up against it. That's also why the cat's head quickly jumps out, it's coming back to the cat's center of gravity so it doesn't fall over too. That's also why the cat doesn't jump, it already knows the big noise is coming, and is trying to act nonchalant.

The guy doesn't flinch because he's focusing on the situps with his eyes closed. Finally I'll attribute the camera being perfectly positioned to catch all the action to the million monkeys typing scenario. The camera does seem to be on the floor, and was likely propped up so half the frame wasn't floor (which would probably mess with the autofocus).

Not sure if you're being serious or not, but why would a monitor randomly be sitting there without a power cord, A.V. cord, or potentially a speaker cable?

Not to mention, cat's don't move at the speed of light. it's not possible that it's head can travel 3 inches forward in the blink of an eye. At least, not when it's standing still.

I can accept that his eyes may be closed, but I won't accept "Faster then Light kitty" as a reasonable analysis of the cat.

I'm serious. The monitor is left over stuff, it's obviously not in use. Just like the guitar doesn't really belong on the ground in the corner, it's just stuff collecting.

We'll have to agree to disagree on the speed of cats. I'm certain you could find others on the sift moving just as fast.

I live with 7 of them. Had 8 at one point. I know my cats, and they don't move that fast from a dead stop.

Actually, watching it, the edge of the monitor is on the edge of the surface, so it's not particularly positioned to fall, and my cat knocks over our suitcases and shit ALL THE TIME with her antics climbing around. He chose a poor location for storing that monitor, and his cat explained to him exactly why.

EDIT: as for the head thing, his head doesn't "disappear," it's obviously rubbing against the TV, which then starts to fall over, so he pulls away from it. Cats never want to admit to their wrongdoing if they can get away with it (our cat always acts guilty and hides though even if something happens when we're gone lol).
