many years ago in one of our science classes our teacher thought it would be a good idea to make all the kids hold hands and run powerful currents through us. To this day I still see a white spot in the corner of my vision, but the one important thing i learnt is that when you grab hold of something with alot of current, you cant let the bastard go! because it causes your muscles to contract around the power source.

Volts don't kill, amps do. Electric fences have pulsing current so "shockees" don't lock up and are able to free themselves.
