Holy Crap, How do you stop the next car and the next car and so on..., buy the time they see anything, it's too late.

I have to admit though, they were going WAY TOO FAST for their level of visibility! It's kind of a no-brainer, Can't see = slow down!

Seriously, why are these people driving that fast and evidently without their lights? Is fog THAT uncommon there?
