Mon Oncle - Kids Playing Pranks

A brief clip from Tati's comedy, Mon Oncle. Here the children of the old town play pranks on unsuspecting townspeople. It's not so much a "laugh out loud" scene as it is a "makes you smile and reminisce" scene. You don't need to understand French to enjoy it.

Done. The subs look like they're in Italian, hence why they look similar to the dialog, but aren't the same. (I tried to find one without subtitles, but the one I did find was a poor quality dub.)

hey Sylvester_Ink! If you don't know Tati, it's hard to "get" him from just a clip...this is a good one. Hope it makes it to the front page.

Oh, I know what you mean, Lisacat. I studied him back in on of my French classes and got a chance to see all his movies, excluding his very first and very last works. (School for Postmen and Parade, I believe.) Most of his movies seem to work best if you view them in their entirety. (Especially Mon Oncle and Playtime.) Hopefully this will inspire Sifters to check out his films . . .
