Mitt Romney Speaking About Mormon Faith/Abortion

People are always wanting to see the real Mitt Romney. Well here he is in a candid, off the air (during a commercial break) conversation with Jan Mikelson of WHO-Iowa.

He is a confrontational, elitist, angry, egotistical prick. He has this huge (frankly, self-imposed) chip on his shoulder.

I love at the end how she says "Sorry it was so short" when she really wanted to say "Sorry, he's an arrogant, elitist prick".

Let's not forget that in 1994, Romney said, "I believe that abortion should be safe and legal in this country." Referring to the 1973 Supreme Court decision that made abortion legal in every state, Romney added, "I believe that since Roe v. Wade has been the law for 20 years, it should be sustained and supported. And I sustain and support that law and support the right of a woman to make that choice."

How is this guy still a viable candidate?

Not sure who to thank anymore but damn glad I live in Canada. The Corporate media has kept his religion very hushed up which I find rather odd as the religious right nutters were called out during the last cycle (Palin). I really hope, along with most of the outside world that this total douche does not become President.

I'm not sure what to think about this. Arguing where some religious event is going to take place is pretty fucking stupid in my book. Romney seems to believe what he says so I can't really find any fault there. It's religion though so IMO it's the equivalent of arguing whether or not Mr. Snuffleuppagus is real or imaginary...he's still a fictional character so it doesn't fucking matter.

It just doesn't matter to me what religion Romney is. It's all the same bullshit to me.
