enochsays...so.
bybee is asked by the executive branch to create, not only the means of interrogation, but a defense in case of prosecution?
and this is viewed as normal, political behavior?
we should look the other way?
for something that the more we look closely at,the more ugly details arise.
illuminating legal malfeasance, political hubris and direct violations of
international and national LAWS.
this is acceptable?
the law is the bedrock upon which a democracy must adhere to.to discard this very intrinsic principle invites only chaos and possibly... despotism.where the rich and powerful are not held to same standard as the common man.
this situation is very worrying to me.
bybee, addington and woo should be held accountable and answer to the people.
its a simple question....
why?
JiggaJonsonsays...It wasn't just "fudamentally bad advice" as McCain so flippantly says, they asked, and his advice was "Well...there IS a law against that... but ahhhh screw it you can get around that law with a bunch of fancy lawyer gibbledygook."
^THUMBS UP AMERICA!! YEAH!!^
