It's completely insane that he never simply said "No, I'm not a human meat eating lizard...you moron."
This isn't a "Yes or no, have you stopped beating your wife and raping your children." kind of question. There's no reason whatsoever to not answer...unless the 'he can't lie about being a lizard' thing is true.
