I could actually see Louis CK on a late late night show, after seeing what Craig can do and how Louis handles himself on O&A. The thing is I don't think he'd be interested in doing it after say, a week? Maybe he could do a short series where he picks random people to talk to about stuff that interests him. Who knows all I want is more Louis.
