I dont get it, I think its right retarded to have something like that exist. Unless it is many many many decades old. Information about things like this is neat to have.

I saw a video of this device ages ago, and I could never find the video again to post here, thanks for re-finding it for me!

A huge part of the mechanism is offscreen in the video. Its actually quite tall, and the pouring mechanism is controlled by an enormous brass flyball governor: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centrifugal_governor
