Do Americans know no one else in the world gets bombarded with drug advertisements and they don't have to put up with it?

No. But it's funny I see this video, because on the way home tonight I heard a commercial for an anti-drowsiness medication with some NASTY side effects, like death. Check em out and ask yourself if it's really worth it.
