Linux Desktop Demo XGL (uses openGL) - Try something new

While definitely 'inspired' by OSX, this represents a substantial improvement of X11 windows managers. My heart skipped a beat at the thought of one day using a cubic xeyes.

HUNT THE WUMPUS 3D

Those Linux people are so fast at ripping stuff off from other OS's that they even have something like Leopard's new Spaces already! They call them virtual desktops! (That's sarcasm, for the dense.)

Seriously, just chill with the silly "inspired" comments. What do you think isn't "inspired" by something else? The Dock was part of NeXTSTEP which Apple bought. Some X11 windows managers were already "inspired" by it before OSX came into existence.

@termal: Sensitive much?

Seriously, my comment was not intended to be condescending. The Linux kernel was no more "inspired" by classic UNIX than the windows manager in this video was "inspired" by features first implemented in OSX, and I personally think both "inspirations" are good things. You are, of course, welcome to think differently...
