HorsSujetsays...That time when Stewart went on Crossfire was one of the best moments on american television. Stewart really told it to them like it is, and it would be cool if someone could find that clip and link to it here.
In many ways, the today show, with Steven Colbert doing his Bill O'Reilly imitations, is a mirror which shows just how distorted television has become with the distinction between "reporting", "entertaining", and "cheerleading" becoming increasingly blurred, especially on Fox, but more and more also on mainstream channels.
dotdudesays...This is Jon Stewart on "Crossfire."

kirby215says...Bipartisan politics: hurting America since... well.. forever.
The best party to ally yourself to is.. well.. NONE. Come on people.. think for yourselves and vote for a CANDIDATE, not a party. Sure they "simplify views" and create umbrella's for us to automatically know where a candidate stands (or that's what they want us to believe) but really... do some research before you vote, and don't think its "throwing away a vote" to vote for an independent or third party. If everyone thought it was a waste of a vote to vote for a republican or a democrat, then it would be.
Here's hoping for change.
