I was barely paying attention and cracked up when I heard this delectable turn of phrase.

You know, it's great and all but I question when these revelations start happening around the time the voting is coming up.


Issues like this, really shouldn't be issues, but I always feel like they keep them around to get the votes they need when they want them. Since they are one of the few things that aren't the public versus corporate interests.....it allows them to pick up votes and not demolish their donations.

And, it's a shame that needing votes is the only thing that makes them consider non-like minded interests.

I think this is a calculated move. If gay voters had any thoughts on staying home on election day - they are gone now.

They've already said these are also the presidents views. Why he hasn't been bold enough to say it outright is an open question; perhaps he fears the soundbite will lose him more votes than it will gain him.

Totally. I have no problem with people who like Twilight, but I'll never endorse it.
