Jet sucks a safety pylon into its engine

LiveLeak: CCTV footage from Chicago O'Hare Airport (ORD) - A few seconds into this video, we see an absent-minded ramp agent appear from the right side of the screen and place a safety pylon on front of the number one engine of an American Eagle Embraer 170 regional jet.

The engine sustained no major damage.
