I just copied the title. None of the plausible Aermachi planes have a tail like that though.

Это Магнитогорск ! Это самолёт всё время стоял около ночного клуба по адресу Карла Маркса 126 (можете по Яндекс.Картам в Панорамах посмотреть как он стоял там), его перевозят на реставрацию.

He also says you can see a panorama on Yandex showing the plane during restoration. Russian speakers please feel free to correct me! It is claimed in the original comments on the vid that it's an L29 Delfín, which does have that tail configuration.
