Does it really look like passing? I thought it was roughly even, with the undecideds expected to fall against the change. I would love to see it pass.

It's looking less likely that Prop 19 will pass, but a significant number of those opposing it also support legalization. When you get into the details of Prop 19 it really isn't that great, and it certainly wouldn't end the drug war by any measure.

From what I hear there is a much better (and less restrictive) initiative coming in the next year or two, though I don't think it has a specific prop # at this point.
