It's not like you're going into diabetic shock!!!

Yes he was...

And if I was him, and some dipshits filmed me and posted my face on the air, with them screaming at me (Even for legit reasons,) you bet I would sue them!

And if I was the blonde, I would have put my seat belt on...just saying...

Its a shame he didn't crash survive with just bruises but have both the women fly out the wind-shield and run over by a couple of lorries.

A man can dream. But you know what? Maybe it is better than he sue (and win)... A financial slap in the face of the bullshit creator's of that show is priceless...there are some things money can't buy...for everything else there are lawsuits.

It's negligence on his part to not manage his health condition when he knew he'd be driving a vehicle. His lack of reasonable precautions put a lot of people's lives in danger.

If he gets a payday from this, it will have been the luckiest day of his life.

Sometimes shit happens. What if he did take care of himself and his condition just happened? What if it is rare for him?

I get what you are saying, but medical issues happen (I.e., seizures and diabetic shock)

@Lawdeedaw
If eating a candy bar was all he needed, then this appears to have been a preventable medical issue.

Working with many diabetics, it is true that the shock is usually no surprise when it comes. However, there are exceptions. And the results surprise others (One snapped the wrist of a co-worker like a twig because he was convulsing and she tried to help him not bang his head.)

Saying that, he should have had candy nearby at the very least. If he did, well, and it was a quick hit, then he did everything right. But I won't judge.

@Lawdeedaw"But I won't judge."

Not judging people is good for issues that are private or on which reasonable people can disagree, but if he was really avoidably putting others lives at risk, I think we might be erring on the unaccountability side if we refuse to judge.

I think someone who takes pride in their accountability and stakes their reputation on it would make a point to prominently address the above concerns in their press release related to their lawsuit.
